The Shif Satrapy, also known as just Shif, is a small coastal province due west of the [[Snow Horde Divinity]]. They also border [[The Fell]] and as a result have struggled to accrue land past their borders. While the Shif are not a vassal state of the Snow Horde, their economies and population distribution are closely tied. Shif relies on the Snow Horde for protection against the Fell and have agreed to keep information regarding the Fell out of the wider populace's hands. Shif is ruled by a Satrap that is elected jointly between their own people and the Snow Horde. The current satrap is [[Satrap Polme]]. The capitol of Shif is [[Bagaan]].
