The citizens of Bagaan rarely leave their turrets during winter storms, as the cold breeze of the [[Azure Bay]] blows devastatingly frigid wind into the capitol. The city has undergone criticism recently as it is believe to be the birthplace and headquarters of [[Blearshade]], a notorious guild of assassins.
