The city itself lies nearly empty due to the Horde's nomadic nature, leading scholars to believe that this was simply a spiteful move by reigning Divine Conquerer to create a city to rival the capitols of [[Welles]] and [[Ascalon]]. The city itself is unbearable to live within for those not accustomed to the frigid climate of the [[Consecrated Snowfields]]. Visits are short and trade is sparse as most of the population chooses to ride along with [[Shuul Kest]], current Divine Conquerer.
