They receive Changelings, half-human, half-elf. Changelings lead complicated lives in Erebus, not fully occupying either sphere of their heritage. While some lucky few or welcomed within a village's and family's embrace, many are kicked to the streets to fend for themselves. Changelings often show signs of distinct mystic prowess, lent by their elven heritage. Many still walk the path of the blade, either falling into the ranks of Ascalon, or joining the standing military of their chosen nation.
