Made up of oath-breakers and warriors who have left their respective armies, their goal is to uproot the war effort made by the Ascalonian and Welles armies. The faction has no distinct leader, but they swear fealty to the [[Putrid Knight]]. Members can be distinguished by their distinctly torn tabards of their former orders. The current headquarters for Vows Broken is unknown.
