Fervently clinging to the old ways of the [[Ecliptical Shaol]], they oppose any monks that have abandoned the ways of [[Eclipse]] and now find themselves in service of [[Oath's Armory]]. The Crowing Hall Monks do not speak, undertaking a strict vow of silence. It is said that one may speak only if guided directly by Eclipse. They can identified by their long black robes that drag upon the ground as they walk the gardens of Elzheim. Many monks can be found in the [[Black Gaol Monastery]].
