He serves the [[Awakened Wind]], believing himself to have been manifested of it since birth. He rides upon a large spectral steed and steers the populace of the Divinity across the [[Consecrated Snowfields]] in search of their next conquest. Shuul Kest has devoted himself to two objectives, conquest in the name of the Wind, and the containment of [[The Fell]]. Shuul Kest holds the title of *Divine Conquerer* and reigns in totality across the Divinity. Kest has great distaste for both the [[Welles Theocracy]] and the [[Ascalonian Empire]].
